Crusaders' volleyball dropped in section semis

The impressive run has come to an end.
New Life Christian High's volleyball team fell 25-16, 25-12, 25-19 to Victory Christian in the semifinals of the Sac-Joaquin Section Divsion VI playoffs on Thursday.
"I was really proud of them tonight," said New Life coach Ron Strickland. "Victory Christian is a tough team, and we did the best we could against them."
The Crusaders finished the season 17-4 overall after winning the Northern Pacific Athletic Conference with an 8-0 record.
